Follow A CMLer's Journey

bms drug

Check out CMLer Jerry Mayfield's account of his experiences with BMS-354825, the new Bristol-Myers Squibb drug in very early, phase 1 clinical trials. He's not only breaking new ground by taking this drug, but breaking new ground by publicly posting his results online -- well before any clinical trial results are published. BMS may be squirming a bit, but it's getting loads of publicity already, and no doubt that means patients are beginning to clamor for this drug, well before any potential toxicities are discovered.
